Alma is only for those who revere quality over quantity and freshness over convenience.
But once here, we decided that we were going to try to be the "restaurant" (or whatever) that we would always want to go to. We try to take care of all the details, big and small, and make every customer appreciate how unique they are to us. First we set our bases and standards, and then we make them feel at home under them.
It’s mind-blowing to see a customer enjoying comiendo un postre de chocolate con picante y cecina chocolate and spicy jerky dessert while listening to Ozzy or Queensrÿche 😈

Honestly, we are not very clear what to answer when we are asked "and... what cooking do you do?"
The truth is that we do what we feel like doing, and that's why the menu sometimes makes no more sense than in my head. Like my beloved Savatage, we don't set limits of any kind, and that sets us apart creatively. We think that if we like it first, our customers will like it and not the other way around.
Respect for the product, which is everything, but trying to give it a twist to make the dish unique. Not better than any other, but unique.
